#23 24 Sales Calls/mo to 80/mo

simple strategy tripled my sales calls in just 2 months!

First of all, I want to apologize because I was not able to send a newsletter to you for the last 2 months.

Man, I was so busy taking sales calls that I didn't have time to do anything.

Just take a look at my calendar.

I wasn't even able to record YouTube videos or write and send newsletters.

And today…

I'm going to share the updated strategy we used to go from having 24 sales/mo to 80 highly qualified sales calls every month.

I will keep it short and sweet, so pay your full attention to whatever I'm going to share here.

Cool, then let's get started.

Previously, I shared my strategy of booking 24 sales calls per month without doing:

  • Cold emailing.

  • Cold calling.

  • Or running ads.

Well, if you didn't read it then here's the link to that newsletter: #4 Sales Meetings On Autopilot.

We were doing nothing much but nurturing our existing list and the new leads who were opting into our funnel from organic traffic sources like YouTube & LinkedIn.

But that wasn't enough to scale to book 80 calls per month.

So, I had to do something about it.

And for that reason, I added 2 more channels to hit the 80 sales calls per month number.

Number 1 channel was…

Cold Emailing, to a specific group of personas that I knew would convert like crazy.

And the most important thing was this...

We didn't just grab tens of thousands of people in a list and blast cold emails.

No sir, not at all.

We don't want to spray and pray.

We are not one of those guys.

Those people are called "S.P.A.M.M.E.R.S."

So, we created a hyper-targeted list of our persona that we knew would convert.

And then...

Launched the campaign.

And here's the result of one of the campaigns.

As you can see...

We only had 536 people on the list.

But even after having few people on the list...

It brought 40 replies and 11 interested.

But, we got more than 11 calls from this sequence alone.

I can say around 20 calls.

Now, it didn't happen overnight, of course.

I hired a cold email expert who has booked calls with companies like Apple, McDonald's, and so on.

And the guy worked in Ireland's #1 cold emailing agency.

And we came up with a personalized strategy that started to pour sales meetings on my calendar just with cold emails.

That was cold emailing.

The next thing I did was...

Paid Ads.

Now, now. Don't get scared when I say Paid Ads.

You see, combining our organic content and cold emailing...

We were at 45-50 sales calls per month.

But still, to hit 80 calls/mo we needed 30 more calls and we did it with paid ads.

To be more specific...

With Facebook Ads.

We ran a free training ad.

And had a 21-step email nurturing campaign ready to nurture them if they don't book a call.

And, it worked like a charm.

It started to bring 30-35 sales meetings on autopilot.

And we did all of the nurturing, cold emailing, tracking the sales, and everything else related to sales using Uptics.

Not only that, the personalized cold emails that we were sending were also from Uptics.
